摘　　要：当前教师的个人知识管理只注重教师个人生活史的叙述,对日常的教学知识有所忽略。实现教师个人知识的有效管理,无论是起始点还是落脚点最终都应该在教育教学过程中。而Moodle在教师教育教学过程中对显性知识和隐性知识的管理都表现出了强大的优势。The current teacher＇s individual knowledge management usually focuses only on teacher＇s individual life history narration, while neglecting the daily teaching knowledge. In order to realize an effective individual knowledge management, both the starting point and goal should be focus on the teaching process. Use Moodle to manage the teacher＇s individual knowledge demonstrates superiorities in managing both the tacit and explicit knowledge in the process of teachers＇teaching.
