摘  要:孔子作为世界级的文化名人,首先是也主要是一个教育家。孔子的事业,由教育始,又以教育终。其丰富、博大的教育思想中所蕴涵的民主性、平等性因素,是其教育思想的精华,具体体现为首创私学、有教无类,教学民主,平等互爱的师生关系及学无常师和不耻下问。As a world-wide cultural famous person, Confucius was first of all an educationist. Confucius started with education and ended with education. The democracy and equality in his bundant and profound education thoughts are the distillate of his education thoughts, which reflect on originating private school, providing education for all people, teaching democracy, equal and loving relation between teachers and students, learning from everyone and feeling not ashamed to learn from one's subordinates.
