摘 要:以提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度为试验因素,采用正交试验方法,确定止泻木子活性物质醇提取的最佳工艺,并对提取物进行抑菌作用的研究。结果表明,止泻木子活性物质醇提取的最佳工艺为提取温度60℃,提取时间2h,乙醇浓度70%;止泻木子醇提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌、细菌1299和单增李斯特杆菌等具有明显的抑制作用,它们最低抑菌浓度分别为100mg/mL、100mg/mL、100mg/mL、75mg/mL和75mg/mL。An orthogonal test design was applied to confirm the optimum condition of extracting the active products from Semen holarrhenae by selecting extracting temperature, extracting time and ethanol concentration, and did some research on bacteriostasis to extracts. The results showed that the best technology condition was as follows: extracting temperature for 60℃, extracting time for 2h, ethanol concentration for 70%; the ethanol extracts of Semen holarrhenae had evidently bacteriostasis effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcusaureus, Sarcina lutea, Bacterial 1299 and Listeria monocytogenes; the minimum inhibitory concentration was 100mg/ mL, 100mg/mL, 100mg/mL, 75mg/mL and 75mg/mL respectively.
