摘　　要：社会步入知识化、信息化时代后,计算机信息技术和互联网的普及,网络化学习的兴起,对传统成人教育教学模式产生的强大冲击,社会成员在依靠传统成人教育教学模式工学兼进地提高自身科学文化素质过程中日益突出的工学、家学等矛盾,促使我们构思并探索一种新的适应社会变革、发展的教学模式,既"网络化学习为基础+协作式教学+学分制管理"模式,以使成人教育走出困境,实现自我发展。After the society turning into knowledge and information based period,the rising of computer information technique,the universality of the internet and on-line study strongly pounds to the mode of the traditional adult education. In the process of working and learning depended on the traditional adult education ,the contradiction of learning and working or learning and housework is more and more outstanding. For the two reasons,we must format a developing teaching mode which is fit to the reform of society in order to make the adult education come out a predicament and carry out the ego development. The new teaching mode is ' the network turn study for the foundation+ the cooperation type teaching+ the credit system manage'.
