摘  要:学习社会的基本特征是全民学习、终身学习。社会教育以实施全民教育与终身教育为宗旨,具有终生性、全民性和自主性等特点及相应的学习理念,与学习社会有着内在的联系,将成为实施和实现学习社会的切入点。Learning-oriented society is basically characterized by learning for the entire people and lifelong learning. With the purpose of conducting education for the entire people and lifelong education, social education, which is characterized by its continuation throughout the life of people, for the entire people and autonomy as well as relevant learning notions, is closely related to learning-oriented society and is to be an entrance to conducting and realizing learning-oriented society.
