摘  要:采用FLUENT6.2软件对某型航空发动机燃烧室火焰筒掺混区的典型工作状态进行了三维两相湍流燃烧温度场、速度场及油滴轨迹的数值计算。通过对计算结果的分析,得出掺混区的特性:掺混区的冷、热区决定出口温场的冷、热区;掺混区燃烧效率对燃烧室效率有一定的影响;高负荷状态的速度场均很相似;随着负荷的增加,油滴轨迹呈减小趋势,模拟计算结果与试验结果及燃烧室工作特点基本一致。This paper utilizes commercial software FLUENT6.2 to do numerical simulation and calculation of velocity field, temperature field and droplet track in dilution zone of an aero - engine combustor flame tube under the 3D two phase turbulent combustion in different kinds of working condition. By the calculation results analyzing, characteristics of dilution zone are well investigated. The analysis results indicate that the cold - thermal zones in dilution zone determined the cold -heat zones of the temperature field at the combustor outlet; the burning efficiency of dilution zone has influenced on the burning efficiencies of the combustor in degrees; the velocity fields at high load level conditions are much similar; with the increasing of load, the droplet tracks show a reduction tendency. The results of simulation well fit the testing results and combustor operating performances.
