摘　　要：计算机从业人员的沟通能力普遍较差,但事业的成功、家庭的和睦却都离不开沟通。因此有必要对计算机专业的学生开设沟通课程,在基本理论的指导下,通过观察、对比、反思、演练来提高学生的沟通能力。The communication ability of the computer major person is commonly worse, on the other hand, communication ability is widely needed in the success of business,peace and harmony family life,and so on.Therefore,it＇s necessary to set up a course about communication for those computer profession students.Under the leadship of basic theoretical knowledge,they will improve their ability through observation, contrast rethink and practice.
