摘 要:通过对惯性稳像技术和电子稳像技术的分析,提出了一种新颖的坦克装甲车辆视频稳像设计理念,即在低成本的速率陀螺平台稳定的基础上采用电子稳像进行二次精稳,可有效提高图像稳定精度并能解决三级海况条件下的图像平移问题;主要论述了视频稳像系统的组成、工作原理和关键技术,建立了图像运动模型并工程实现了视频稳像系统快速原型——周视稳定观瞄镜;试验结果表明,该系统实现了视频稳像一级稳定的稳定精度要求(已高达0.2mil),而且跟踪平稳,快速性好;为车载稳像观瞄系统提供了成本低、性能优良的图像稳定系统,在军事及民用领域中具有广阔的应用前景。A new design idea to stabilize video image in tank and armored vehicles is presented-- which adopts EIS as second-level to improve image stabilization accuracy based on first-level gyro stabilizing platform. It can effectively improve image stabilization accuracy and solve image pan in three-level sea conditions after analyzing the inertial stabilization technique and EIS technique. The composition, working principle and critical technique of the video image stabilization are analyzed, and the rapid prototype of video image stabilizing system is realized mainly. Finally the result from experiments show that thesystem has reached the stabilizing accuracy up to 0. 2 mil (1σ) and fast response speed as well as steady tracing, it produces a image stabilization system with low cost and excellent performance and will have wide application prospects in army and civil areas.
