摘　　要：介绍了目前国内外可食性包装膜的主要改性方法,并对其研究现状及发展趋势进行了分析,指出了对复合型可食性包装膜进行混合改性,将成为其新的研究方向。The main method of the improvement of edible film at home and abroad were introduced in this paper.The current situation and direction in the future were summarized.It was put forward that the research trend was focused on the compound modified to compound edible film.
