摘　　要：随着高等教育的不断深化改革,高校的发展更是突飞猛进。这就要求我们必须创新管理观念,坚持以人为本,扎实推进"人才强校"的方针,切实提高教学、管理水平,增强服务意识。制定切实可行的管理目标,实现高校全面、协调、可持续发展。To construct harmonious universities where teachers and others work and live happily, we should innovate in university management. So we should innovate in management ideas and persist in people first to set up campus full of happiness and equity; we should innovate in management institution and administer by law to set up stable and well - ordered campus ; we should innovate in management mechanism and stimulate activity to create good environment each can do his best according to his abilities; we should innovate in management goal and insist on Concept of Scientific Development to bring about the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of university.
