摘 要:碎片状态试验是安全玻璃强制检验的内容之一。将数字图像处理技术应用于玻璃碎片的检测和识别中,主要是为了得到玻璃碎片的形状、尺寸和数量。根据玻璃碎片图像的特点,提出了一种基于边缘检测的图像分割方法,首先进行玻璃碎片缝隙线检测,对传统边缘检测获得的不连通的缝隙线进行了补充和去噪处理,得到与原始图像基本吻合的较粗的缝隙线;然后通过求距离函数并灰度重建、倒置,实现了碎片的容凹处理,进而进行图像分割,完成了玻璃碎片的识别,得到碎片数量以及像素宽度为1的缝隙线。实验结果显示,该算法能准确地刻画玻璃碎片的缝隙线,正确地划分碎片区域。用计算机处理玻璃碎片数字图像可以节省人力,提高检验准确性。Fragmentation test is one of the compulsory detection contents to safety glass. To apply the computer technology to the digital images which are obtained after the fragmentation test can save manpower and improve detection efficiency. Acoording to the characteristics in glass fragment images, we propose an image segmentation algorithm based on edge detection. The first step is to detect the crack lines. It includes : traditional edge detection and edge growth algorithm which can compensate the unconnected crack line regions. A thicker crack line image can be obtained which is consistent with the initial gray image. Secondly, the fragmentation particles are detected by computing the distance function and gray reconstructing and then reversing it. Finally image segmenting is based on watershed transformation and the fragmentation particles are separated by the crack line whose width is one pixel. Experimental results show that the algorithm could draw the crack line of glass fragmentation particles and divide the image into regions correctly.
