摘　　要：临床学院的教学质量对医学教育质量有着决定性的影响。湘雅医院经过多年医学教育实践,建立的教学质量保障体系包括:稳定健全的教学管理组织体系;严格规范的教学规章制度;高水平的师资队伍;有效的教学质量监控体系;科学合理的临床技能教学管理举措;以人为本的提高教师教学积极性的政策。Teaching quality in clinical medical school exerts a critical impact on medical teaching quality. Having experienced clinical education for many years, Xiangya Hospital has established a guarantee,system of teaching quality for teaching administration which includes the stable and sound teaching administration organization system, strict and standardized teaching rules and regulations, high degree of the teachers＇ quality, effective monitoring system for teaching quality, and the scientific and reasonable teaching administration for clinical skills and the humanity-oriented policy for enhancing teachers＇ teaching initiative.
