摘　　要：为了探讨临床护理教学管理的方法,规范临床护理教学,提高教学质量,某教学医院成立了护理部教学组,建立了三级临床护理教学管理制度,提出了从教学计划、教学质量的逐层制定和质控的一系列措施。本文旨在与同行一起探索临床护理教学的管理方法。In order to explore the managerial ways of clinical nursing teaching, normalizing clinical nursing teaching and improving teaching quality, a teaching hospital organized nursing teaching group, formulated the managerial rules of the three - level clinical nursing teaching, The authors of the article put forward a series of layer - by - layer measures for quality control, based on the teaching plan as well as the teaching quality and they also have the intention of exploring the managerial methods of clinical nursing teaching together with their colleagues.
