摘　　要：简要回顾了故障诊断技术的发展历程,介绍故障诊断的基本概念,着重综述基于模型故障诊断技术和不依赖于模型的智能故障诊断技术特点和发展概况。为未来故障诊断技术的发展提出了一些展望。The development of the fault diagnosis technique is reviewed and the basic principles of the diagnosis are presented. The features and the development of the fault diagnosis techniques which are based on the model or independent of the model are discussed in detail. Some prospects for the future development of the fault diagnosis techniques are also presented.
