牛肉、玉米秸秆、精料及水中药残留的检测及分析

摘　　要：采集新疆伊犁地区铁列克萨依山放牧牛群的牛肉样及同批次农区育肥之后屠宰的牛肉样进行检测分析,同时采集农区玉米秸秆、混合精料和水样。将采集到的样品采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对阿苯哒唑、伊维菌素和呋喃丹进行检测,这3种物质均未在所检样品中检出。The beef samples selected from the pasturing beef catte in Tielikesayyi mounts of Ili area were tested and analyzed. And also the maize straw , concentrate, water samples were colected. HPLC was colected to detect pesticide and Veterinary residues in the samples. The indicator of detecting is Albendazole, Ivermectin and Carbofuran. At last, the residues of Albendazole, Ivermectin and Carbofuran could not be found in these samples.
