摘　　要：从我国高等护理教育课程设置的现状及改革策略两方面进行综述，改革策略为高等护理课程设置应明确护理培养目标，体现整体化和灵活性原则，重视人文素质的培养，加强师资队伍建设，改革考试评价方法。It summarized both the status quo of curricula setup of high level nursing education in China and its reform strategies. The reform considered that curricula setup of high level nursing education should know clearly the goals of nursing cultivation and personalize the principles of integration and flexibility. It should pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic diathesis of nursing students. Teacher team construction Should be strengthened. Both examination and evaluation method should be reformed as well.
