摘  要:[目的]以小鼠为实验对象,研究发酵型酸奶的抗疲劳作用。[方法]采用环磷酰胺致小白鼠机能下降模型后,分别以低、中、高剂量发酵型酸奶灌胃,14d后测定小鼠的运动耐力,16d后测定小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶活力和肌糖元的含量。[结果]实验组的运动耐力和肌糖元的贮备量比模型组显著增强(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05),血清乳酸脱氢酶活力明显增加(P﹤0.05)。[结论]发酵型酸奶对小鼠具有明显增强运动耐力和抗疲劳的作用。[Objective] To research the anti-fatigue effect of femlented milk with mice as subjects. [ Methods] Mice were first treated with cyclophosphamide in order to reduce their immune function. Then, the mice were divided into four groups, the control group was given no treatment, and mice in the rest groups respectively received low, medium and high doses of fermented milk by garage. Sporting endurance of the mice was evaluated fourteen days later, the enzyme activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase and the content of muscular glycogen were examined sixteen days later. [ Results] Compared with the untreated mice. fermented milk treated mice showed significant increase in sporting endurance and muscular glycogen storage (P〈 0.01 or P〈 0.05), as well as obvious mcrease in enzyme activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase (P〈 0.05). [Conclusions] Fermented milk can strengthen the exercise endurance and anti-fatigue capability of mice.
