摘 要:用70%乙醇提取蕨菜中黄酮类化合物,得到粗黄酮粉,利用分光光度法测定样品中的黄酮含量;初步探讨了影响AB-8型大孔树脂静态吸附与解吸蕨菜黄酮的各种因素。结果表明:粗黄酮粉中的黄酮含量为17.33%;pH=3时AB-8大孔吸附树脂对蕨菜黄酮的水溶液具有较好的吸附效果,70%的乙醇对蕨菜黄酮具有较好的解吸附效果。经AB-8型大孔吸附树脂纯化后的蕨菜精黄酮粉中黄酮的含量已达61.0%,精黄酮粉相对于粗黄酮粉的得率达20.45%。大孔吸附树脂对蕨菜黄酮有较好的纯化效果。The content of the flavonoids in thecrude flavonoid powder which were extracted from Pteridium aquilinum using 70% alcohol as extration dissolvent were quantified by spectrophotometryic method. The factors affected AB -8 resin static adsorption were studied preliminarily. The result indicated that the amount of pure flavonoid rate in crude flavonoid powder of Pteridium aquilinum was 17.33% ;The AB -8 pocket adsorption resin had better adsorption effect to watery solution of the Pteridium aqullinum flavanoids when pH value was equal to 3 -70% alcohol had a better desorption function. The flavanoid content reached as high as 61. 0% after being purified by the AB -8 pocket; the productive ratio of refined fiavanoid powder to crude fiavanoids powder reached 20.45%.
