摘  要:以马铃薯淀粉废水为发酵基质,用刺孢小克银汉霉(Cunninghamella echinulata)发酵生产含γ-亚麻酸(GLA)的油脂。研究表明,刺孢小克银汉霉菌株能有效利用马铃薯淀粉废水合成GLA,最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为(NH4)2SO4,最佳C/N为1001∶。在最佳条件下发酵培养7 d,废水的COD去除率达到19.21%,生物量达到20.53g/L,菌丝体中粗油量为3.91g/L,产油率为19.03%,GLA产量为680.10 mg/L。初步说明通过微生物发酵可以达到处理废水和生产生物活性物质的双重目的。Potato starch wastewater was used as substrate to produce oil containing GLA by echinulata, and the culture conditions were studied. The results showed that a strain lla echinulata could effectively utilize the wastewater to produce GLA. The optimal carbon source was sucrose, nitrogen source was (NH4)2SO4 and the C/N was 100: 1. The strain was incubated for 7d in the optimal conditions, the biomass was up to 20.53 g/L, the oil content was up to 3.91 g/L, the oil yield was 19.03% and the GLA was up to 680.10 mg/L. Using microorganism not only can treat wastewater, but also can produce bioactive substance.
