摘　　要：信息技术的飞速发展给人类学习带来了一系列变化,适当的技术可以改善人类的学习。网络教育使人类学习变得更加便利而有效,应重视网络教学资源和学习环境的设计,加强网络教学信息环境的控制和优化。The rapid IT development has brought a series of changes for the human studies, and the suitable technology is able to improve the human studies. The network education makes the human studies convenient and effective, so we should pay much attention to the network teaching resources and learning environment design and strengthen the control and optimization of the network teaching information environment.
