摘　　要：在冰上课教学过程中,教师的授课水平、技巧对学生的学习兴趣、练习效果和教学质量起着决定性影响。认为当前对冰上课程教学改革的研究过程中,存在着重教学组织、方法和途径,轻对体育教师素质、授课水平和技巧研究的现象。提出从提高体育教师课堂讲解的技巧和示范的艺术性入手,促进体育教师冰上课授课技巧的提高。In the skating class, the teachers＇ skills is a decisive factor influencing the students＇ skating interest and effect. The article thinks that there are some phenomenons in reform research for the skating class, for example, attaching importance to the teaching management and method but making light of the teachers＇ diathesis and skills. It suggests to advance the teachers＇ skill in skating class by improving their artistic quality or craft in teaching and demonstration.
