摘　　要：文章立足于我国构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景,以实现成人教育机会均等为核心,从教育起点公平、教育过程公平和教育结果公平几方面入手,对保障成人受教育的权利、扩大成人受教育的机会、提高成人学习的成效、实现成人教育结果的公平等问题进行理论和实践的思考。From the background of structuring harmonious society of socialism, this text re.arched from the educating fairness of the pointing, process and resulting, We can come ture the core of the equal opportunity in adult education then we can put into practice ensuring education right to adult , expanding the education opportunity to adult, improving the effect of adult studies and realizing the equality of adult education result.
