摘 要:目的探索在建构主义理论指导下对高职护理学基础教学方法进行改革。方法将102名护生随机分为试验组和对照组,分别进行采用建构主义理论指导下的教学方式授课和传统教学方式授课,通过理论考试、技能考试和问卷调查的方式对两组的教学效果进行比较。结果试验组理论成绩、技能成绩得分均高于对照组(P<0.01);91%学生认为新型教学方式可提高学习的主动性和积极性,85%的学生认为增强了创新思维能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力,89%的学生认为增强了学生团队协作精神。结论运用建构主义理论指导下的教学新模式能满足教学要求,能提高学生自主学习的能力、协作学习能力和创新思维能力。Objective To explore the reforms of teaching Fundamental Nursing under the guidance of Construction Theory. Methods 102 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, in which the teaching under construction theory and under traditional teaching mode was used, respectively. Results In the experimental group, the scores in theoretical and technical examinations were higher than those of control group (P〈0.01) and 91% of the students thought the new teaching mode had improved activeness and 85% thought the methods enhanced student's ability to analyze and solve problems and 89% thought it enhanced teamwork spirits. Conclusion The teaching mode under the guidance of Construction Theory is able to meet the needs of new teaching modes. It can enhance student' s ability of self study, collaboration and new logical thinks.
