摘  要:高校体验式道德教育要求教师创新课程教学理念,树立"以学生为主体、以实践为中心、以体验为手段"的道德教育教学新理念;要求教师努力成为一名优秀的"导演",铭记"导"是主线,"演"是手段,"和"是极致;要求教师有效整合课内外教育资源,积极引导学生在学习生活、社会实践、家庭生活和日常交往中体验,让大学生全员、全程参与,努力实现道德教育的互动,更好地实现大学生道德认知、道德体验和道德践行的和谐统一。The ethic education by experience in institutions of higher learning requires teachers to innovate the teaching theory by establishing the new theory of "students-oriented,practice-centered, and experience as means". It also requires teachers to become excellent directors by remembering that "directing" is the core,"performing" is the means, and "harmony" is the purpose. Teachers should be able to integrate the educational resources of both inside and outside classroom, actively direct students to experience in their learning, social practice, family life and daily interaction. By so doing, it is possible to realize harmonious integration of identifying with, experiencing and practising ethic education on the part of the students.
