护理专科学生临床沟通能力的培养

摘　　要：目的:提高护理专科学生临床人际沟通能力及护患沟通技巧。方法:对我校2004级大专护生在临床实习前采用课堂与实践融为一体的教学方法,进行人际沟通能力强化培训。结果:护生均能认识到沟通的重要性,沟通能力及沟通技巧有了提高,经χ2检验,护生在各种护理场景语言沟通能力的8项中,有5项在培训前后差异具有统计学意义;患者及临床带教老师对护生有较好的评价。结论:采用课堂与实践融为一体的培养方法,不仅培养和强化了护生的沟通意识,还提高了护生在临床实践中人际沟通能力。Objective： To increase the clinical interpersonal communication ability and nurse-patient communication skill of nursing college students. Methods： Nursing students who entered college in 2004 were enhanced training of interpersonal communi-cation skill by using class and practice synthesized training mode before clinical practice. Results： The nursing students realized the importance of communication and increased the communication ability. In 8 scene verbal communication abilities, 5 had significantly higher score after training than before training. Patients and clinical teachers appraised nursing students well. Conclusion： Using class and practice synthesized training mode could not only cultivate and enhance the communication awareness of nursing students, but also increase the clinical interpersonal communication ability.
