摘　　要：改革开放以来,高师院校教师教育有了极大地发展,但在对学生教学技能的培养上仍存在诸多问题,顶岗实习作为培养学生从教能力的高师院校教师教育的新模式,强化了教师教育的定位,明确了教师教育的办学方向和培养目标,突出了教育教学实践环节,解决了高师院校教师教育与职后教育、基础教育脱节的问题,系统探索了高师院校实践能力培养和服务基础教育的新路。Despite the progress in the teacher education since the educational reforms, normal universities reveal a number of problems in the culture of the teaching techniques. So the in - post teaching practice comes into being, for the model of teacher education in the normal university designates the definition, purpose, and teaching practices of the teacher education.
