摘　　要：该文主要介绍己烷、环己烷、环戊烷、庚烷、戊烷等烃类的物化特性及其作为浸出溶剂安全性,为新型植物油浸出溶剂筛选提供依据和参考。This essay mainly introduces the properties and safety of hydrocarbon, including hexane, cyclohexane, cyclopentane, heptane and n-pentane et al., which are used as extraction solvent, and provides the base and reference for selecting new sort of solvent.
