摘　　要：介绍了国内食糖产销情况及对甜菜制糖企业今后的发展思路,提出浅薄的见意。增加甜菜制糖厂的产量和效益与生产淀粉糖对接。This article begins with a fact that human body needs sugar to keep healthy, then introduces the domestic sugar production and market situation. Furthermore, the author proposes some suggestions on beet sugar enterprise＇ s development.To increase beet sugar output and benefit, it is nessential to integrate with starch sugar production.
