加强高职院校学生职业指导教育的对策研究

摘　　要：高职学生面对严峻的就业形势和激烈的社会竞争,他们的就业矛盾和择业误区问题也越发突出。通过高职学生就业观念和择业心理问题分析,研究加强高职学生职业指导教育的对策,旨在提高学生职业指导教育工作的针对性和实效性。With the development of higher vocational education, employment guidance is being zed and attached more and more importance. While the issue of employment for higher vocational students is widely recognized, it also incures concerns from the whole society, The relations between educationa and employment, students study and career chioce are becoming increasingly close. Given the fierce competition in the job market for higher vocational students, the problems invloving employment difficulty and misunderstanding have been highlighted. Proceeding from the employment concept and psycology of higher vocational students, this paper studies countermeasures for the employment education of higher vocational students, so as to improve the overall efficiency of graduation placement work.
