摘　　要：随着新型医疗体制的逐步确立,医疗服务模式的转变,大批社区医护人员走向社区医疗服务中去;知识更新,"六位一体"的结合服务模式的建立,从事全科医学和社区护理人员迫切要求提高学历层次,加快知识结构更新,完善知识结构的岗位培训;继续教育成为全科医学教育和社区护理的核心和主渠道。With the set-up of the new medical system and the change of the medical service mode, many community medical staff go to the community medical service, the comprehensive service mode has been developed. Those who major in general medicine and community nursing need to improve their academic degree urgently, they need to renew the knowledge structure and improve their training, further education is the core and the main way to the education of the general medicine and community nursing.
