摘　　要：在委托代理理论的框架下,运用不对称信息理论对高校与教师之间存在的道德风险问题进行定性分析,在此基础上构建高校与教师之间的教学博弈模型,并根据其结论对教学激励机制改革提出几点建议。On the framework of trust-agent theory, this article uses the theory of information disequilibrium to qualitatively analyze the problem of moral hazard between teachers and universit, and construct teaching game model between teachers and university on the basis of qualitative analysis, and then puts forward several advices on the reform of teaching incentive mechanism.
