摘　　要：首先从广义部分Bent函数的定义出发,利用线性变换的若干理论,证明Galois域上广义部分Bent函数等价于广义Bent函数与仿射函数之和。该结论覆盖了文献[1]的主要结果。然后给出关于部分Bent函数的类似结论,改进了Claud Carlet的关于部分Bent函数的结论。作为新结论的具体应用,最后修正了参考文献中的两个结论。Based on the definition of generalized partially bent functions, it is proved by the theory of linear algebra that a generalized partially bent function over Galois fields is equivalent to a combination of a generalized bent function and an affine function. The result obtained here covers the main works of Zhao and Li in [1]. Similar result for partially bent functions is obtained, so the result of Claud Carlet in [2] is improved. As an application of these results, some flaws in the bibliography are corrected.
