试论随岗实践质量保证体系的构建

摘　　要：随岗实践不仅能针对开放教育学生的特点扬长避短,而且也在教学中使理论与实践紧密结合,从而有效利用各种社会资源,真正实现培养应用型专门人才的教育目标。为加强随岗实践,确保实践教学质量,必须构建随岗实践质量保证体系,建立随岗实践的组织保证体系、过程保证体系、教学质量制度保证体系、教学质量评估保证体系。The course practice in learner＇s post can not only adapt to the characters of the learners, but also integrate the theory and practice through the efficient use of the wide social teaching resources to realize the teaching goal of cultivating applicable personnel. In order to strengthen and ensure the quality of practical teaching, we must depend on a series of criteria of practice teaching, and construct a quality guarantee system of the course practice in learner＇ s post, i.e. construct a system which is composed of an organizing system, a process system, an institution system and an evaluating system.
