摘　　要：孔子的终身学习思想是现代终身学习理论的历史滥觞。它包括"修己安人",强调学习者的自我完善和社会的和谐发展;"有教无类",提倡全员的学习;"不知老之将至",提倡全程的学习;"学无常师",提倡全方位的学习;"为仁由己",确立学习者的主体地位。深入挖掘孔子的学习思想并进行创造性的转化,对于建设学习型社会具有重要的现实意义。Confucius＇ thought of lifelong learning is still applicable concerning the modern lifelong learning theory that incorporates rich elements. It includes cultivating one＇s morality for the purpose of ruling others, which stresses learner calls for the whole society learning; practicing benevo ＇s self-perfection and social develo to learn, learning without fixed pment ; t teachers, lence automatically, which stresses learner eaching without discrimination, which which advocates complete aspects of ＇s subjectivity. To dig up deeply Confucius learning thought and transiting it creatively is of great significance to the construction of a learning society.
