摘　　要：高校中层干部和谐意识培育在和谐校园建设中具有重要意义,因此,中层干部应从公仆、公正、大局、民主、宽容等意识入手,培育和谐意识。This thesis illustrates the necessity of harmony consciousness of university management in building a harmonious campus. It also raises the idea that managements should cultivate the consciousness of harmony, starting with forming the senses of public servant, justice, consideration of overall situation, democracy, tolerance, etc.
