摘　　要：在"人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点"过程中,各级电大形成的教学模式各具特点;教学模式改革是远程开放教育发展的内在要求;教学模式的有效性最终应由学习者来评价;教学模式改革本质上是一种行动研究,应注重将教学模式转化为具有鲜明特色的常规化教学,不断深化教学改革。The Radio and Television Universities at different levels have formed their own teaching and learning models in the process of the Pilot Open Learning and Distance Education .Programme and Transformation of Models for Training Talented People, Therefore, there is a tendency for the transformation of the teaching and learning model in the distance education, However, we have to point out that effectiveness of the teaching and learning models will eventually be assessed by the learners. In a sense, the transformation of the teaching and learning models is a type of action research which seeks changes in open and distance teaching and learning,
