摘　　要：文章从医学本科生计算机文化基础课出发，通过分组、问卷，精心设计教学改革方式，并进行对照教学实践。通过对照比较，探索了计算机基础教学改革的新思路。The paper discusses the teaching reformation of Fundamentals of Computer Science course for medical undergraduates in the following aspects： grouping, questionnaire, and elaborate design. Comparative teaching practice was carried out and new train of thought for reformation in Fundamentals of Computer Science course is proposed.
