摘 要:[目的]初步掌握村级医务人员的基本情况和食品安全相关知识了解情况;同时培训调查对象,通过他们向广大群众进行宣传,传播食品安全相关知识.从而从防治多方面着手控制农村食品不安全事件的发生。[方法]采用描述流行病学方法随机选取苍溪与彭山两地村级医务人员为观察对象,采用自填问卷的方法调查社会人口学特征、食品安全相关知识了解情况以及对该知识的认知态度。[结果]两县村级医务人员食品安全相关知识得分情况平均为40.0,其中苍溪平均为40.5,彭山为39.6,两县差异无统计学意义(t=0.357,P=0.721)。不同学历的得分情况不同,差异有统计学意义(F=8.479,P=0.000)。93.38%的调查对象对学习相关知识表示需要。[结论]调查显示村级医务人员对食品安全相关知识了解较少,应对他们加强培训,从而达到通过他们向群众进行宣传教育的目的。[Objective]To obtain the basic data about medical workers in the countryside and their knowdedge about food safety.Meanwhile they were trained to propagandize correlative food safety knowledge to the people in the countryside.At last to control the occurrence of food unsafety events in the countryside by prevention and treatment.[Methods]Methods of descriptive epidemiology were conducted to select medical workers in Cangxi and Pengshan as our observed objects.Questionnaire investgation on the demographic characteristics,knowledge and attitudes were conducted.[Results]The average score of right answers to questions on food safety was 40.0,which was 40.5 for medical workers in Cangxi and 39.6 in Pengshan.There was no statistical significance between the difference(t = 0.357,P = 0.721).The scores were different in medical workers with different educational background which had statistical significance(F = 8.479,P = 0.000).93.38% of the observed objects expressed their requirements for food safety knowledge.[Conclusion]The food safety knowledge amomg the medical workers in the countryside is at a low level.It is necessary to provide them correlative knowledge for the spread of this kind of knowledge among the public.
