摘　　要：wh-感叹句与wh-问句在助动词移位、wh-短语作主语方面存在不对称现象。根据Rizzi提出的CP分裂假说,认为中心语所具有的不可诠释特征不同是造成上述差异的主要原因,并提出一种新的模型来解释上述两种不对称现象,从而避免了用单一CP解释而带来的缺陷。There are asymmetries between wh - exclamatives and wh - interrogatives in terms of T- to - C movement and the availability of wh - phrase as sentence subjects. Based on Split CP Hypothesis proposed by Rizzi, this paper assumes that the uninterpretable features on different heads are held responsible for the above phenomena. Along this line a new model was devised to explain away the asymmetw without the defect incurred by a single CP account.
