摘  要:由市场分析、职业和工作过程分析、用人单位对从业者素质要求分析、受教育者需求和特点分析4种分析组成的课程开发分析,是职教课程开发的基础性工作。市场分析的操作要领和主要窃能有三方面,即通过市场分析“集群”,主动适应职业演变的加速,解决“相对稳定办学”与“市场需求变化”的矛盾。把市场分析作为职教课程开发的起始点,以体现职业教育以就业为导向的本质特征。The curriculum development analysis is made up of market analysis, vocation and work process analysis, practitioner's quality analysis, the characteristic and demand analysis of educate. It is the foundation of curriculum development of vocational education. The market analysis serving curriculum development is different form the research of talent supply and demand serving employment guiding. The operation essentials have three main functions, namely cluster through the market analysis, and actively adapt to the evolution of the accelerated career, resolve the conflict between "relatively stable running-school" and "change in market demand". Taking market analysis as a starting point of curriculum development, the nature of employment-orientation of vocational education can be realized.
