摘 要:农民工教育目前主要在农民工输出地区进行,以职前的引导性培训与职业技能培训为主。事实上,以输出地区职前培训为主的农民工教育模式,已经滞后于农民工群体的现状和社会发展要求,并且有失公平。农民工教育应由以输出地区为主转为以输入地区为主,由以职前培训为主转为以在职培训和文化教育为主,实现农民工教育重心后移。基于此,笔者探讨了在输入地区开展农民工在职培训与文化教育的必要性与可行性,以及可能遇到的问题和相应对策。The education of the migrant rural laborers goes mainly on the output district at present, which attached more importance to pre - occupation guidance training and vocational skill training. In fact, the educational mode of the migrant rural laborers which attached more importance to pretraining in output district has already lagged behind the current status of those groups and the demand of society development, which is beneath equity. The education of the migrant rural laborers should be paid more attention to input district instead of output district, on - the - job training and culture education instead of pre - train- ing, and the core of the migrant rural laborers' education is realized by moving behind. Based on this situation, the paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of the on - the - job training and culture education in input district, raised the problems that may come across, and proposed some corresponding countermeasures.
