甘蔗滤泥中蔗蜡的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：以甘蔗糖厂副产品滤泥为原料,选定不同的工艺条件,分别以两步法和一步法提取蔗蜡,作为蔗蜡精制及深加工的中间产品。实验优化了不同工艺条件,得到棕褐色的产品粗蔗蜡,产率为8.19%￣12.5%,同时得到5%～10%的蔗脂,提取工艺可满足工业化生产条件。通过测定分析,蔗蜡物化指标满足产品要求,主要成分为长链饱和酯类、脂肪醇和酸以及长链碳氢化合物等。In the different process conditions, sugarcane wax was extracted from filter mud, a by-product of sugar mill, by two-step process and one-step process and can be used as the semifinished product for sugarcane wax refining and further processing. The different process conditions were optimizing and the crude sugarcane wax with tan color was produced in this experiment, The yield rate of sugarcane wax is 8.19%- 12.5%, sugarcane lipid is 5%-10% and the extraction process can meet industrial production. Through measuring and analyzing, the properties of sugarcane wax were satisfied with product requirement and the mainly components containing long-chain saturated esters, aliphatic alcohol, aliphatic acids and long-chain hydrocarbons.
