摘  要:医学院校学习异化问题,严重影响了医学生培养质量。医学教育异化和学生主观意识形态的改变是导致医学院校产生学习异化的两个根源。要克服学习异化问题,必须转变医学教育观念,改变教育模式,重视医学生人文素质的培养,建立以医学人文精神教学的核心课程体系。The problems of "alienation of learning" have had, to great extend, bad effects to the quality of medical students. The main causes of the alienation of learning result from two aspects : firstly the differentiation of medical education, secondly the transformation of the students subjective ideology. This paper tries to put forward some measures to solve the related problems. The authors should transfer the view points of medical education, change the model of education and attach importance to the cultivation of cultural quality of students so that the core course systems coupled with medical humanism can be established.
