摘　　要：科学发展观的核心是以人为本,以人为本引领高等职业教育创新,一是高等职业教育创新的根本目的是人的全面发展;二是高等职业教育创新的根本任务是培养高技能专门人才;三是高等职业教育创新的根本使命是造就市场需要的人才。The core of the scientific development concept is people - orientedness, which guides the innovation of higher vocational education. Firstly, the fundamental -purpose of innovation of higher vocational education is the people＇s overall development. Secondly, the essential task is to cultivate special talents with high skills.Thirdly,the utmost duty is to produce talents who can meet the demands of the market.
