摘　　要：高等教育的教学质量始终是高校生存和发展的生命线,构建普通高校内部教学质量监控体系并使之有效运行是近些年来各大高校都在研究的重要课题。本文结合绵阳师范学院内部教学质量监控体系运行的现状,从教学质量监控体系构建的背景、指导思想与方法,运行的基本状态以及所得的启示,说明教学质量监控体系在提高高校教学质量中的重要作用。Higher education＇s quality of teaching is the lifeline throughout the university survival and the development, the construction of ordinary university interior quality of teaching monitoring system. How to make it effective movement is the important topic which studies for each university in recent years. This article unifies the present situation of Mianyang Normal school interior quality of teaching monitoring system movement, from the quality of teaching monitoring system construction＇s background, the guiding principle and the method, the movement basic condition as well as the obtained enlightenment, explained the quality of teaching monitoring system in improves in the university quality of teaching the influential role.
