摘 要:流动人口子女教育是针对城市学校中流动人口子女的特殊情况和需要而采取的学校教育干预措施,其实效性在很大程度上取决于教师的观念和行为。从目前的情况来看,不少城市中小学教师对城市教育抱有狭隘认识,缺乏接纳流动人口子女接受教育的思想准备、心理准备,对流动人口子女学生怀有偏见和"放任"思想,使部分流动人口子女在学校处于边缘化的状态。为做好流动人口子女教育工作,教师应该了解流动人口子女的学习、生活、心理、家庭等方面情况,研究并解决他们遇到的各种学习和心理问题,为流动人口子女学生创造一个平等、和谐、愉快的学习和生活环境,同时努力改进教学方法,使自己的教学适应流动人口子女,并关注流动人口子女学生的思想和心理问题。Education for children of the floating population is a kind of school educational intervention measures taken in allusion to the peculiar circumstances and needs of these children in city schools, its actual effect is decided to a large extent by teachers'views and behaviors. At present time, many city elementary and middle school teachers still hold narrow understanding of the city education, and lack mental and psychological preparation to accept children of the floating population for education, nourish prejudice and thought of "the laissez faire" to the children of floating population, and these have caused the children of floating population to be marginalized in the school condition. In order to get done with the work of education for the children of floating population, teachers should get to know the situations of study, living, psychological state, family state of the children of floating population, and teachers should also study and solve their learning and psychological problems these children meet, create an equal, harmonious, and happy learning conditions for them, endevour to improve teaching methods, so as to make teaching suitable to them, and meanwhile, pay attention to the thought and psychological problems of the children of the floating population.
