对新课改背景下体育教师继续教育课程设置的反思

摘  要:新课程改革已进入正式推广和实施阶段,课程改革的新思路和新变化使教师和学生的地位与角色发生较大变化.继续教育的目的就是使体育教师不断学习与新课改有关的新知识、新技术,并使他们能有机会了解本专业学科的最新发展趋势,应对不断变化和发展的教育对教师素质提出的新要求和挑战.课程设置是保证继续教育质量的关键因素,反思体育教师继续教育中课程设置的相关问题,通过对其的分析为进一步完善我国教师继续教育的课程设置提供参考.New curriculur reform has entered into the stage of formal extension and implementation. The new thoughts and new changes of curriculum bring about the changes of roles and positions between teacher and student, The purpose of continuous education for sports teachers is to have inservice teachers learn more new knoledge and skills related with the new curriculur reform, to have them get the latest trend of their major subject, and to cope with the new demands and challenge aroused by the changing education, Curriculum is the key factor to guarantee the quality of continuous education. Reflect the questions related with continuous education curriculum, provide with some reference by analyzing them to further perfect the continuous education curriculum in our country.
