摘　　要："三个代表"重要思想对于新形势下高校团的工作全面发展有着巨大的现实指导意义,必须坚持"三个代表",从理想信念教育、组织建设、骨干培养和工作研究等方面入手做好新时期高校团的工作。The important thought of ＂Three Represents＂ is very tremendously and realistically instructive for full development of CYL work in College in new conditions. We must uphold ＂Three Represents＂ to facilitate CYL work in College from education of ideals and beliefs, organization construction, backbone cultivation and research of work.
