摘 要:研究了燃料辛烷值对均质充量压缩着火(HCCI)燃烧稳定性和循环变动的影响.在单缸HCCI发动机上,通过进气管喷射燃料形成均匀混合气,记录了正庚烷、PRF20、PRF40、PRF50、PRF60燃料在相同循环油量下100个循环的示功图,据此对主要燃烧参数和性能参数的循环变动进行了分析.研究表明,随着燃料辛烷值增加,各种燃烧参数和性能参数的循环变动系数增加,特别是当辛烷值达到40以后,循环变动显著增加.对某一种燃料而言,低温着火时刻和高温着火时刻的循环变动系数较小;燃烧过程后期参数(如最大放热率、最大压力升高率)的循环变动系数要大得多;而反映发动机性能的宏观参数(如最大气缸压力和平均指示压力)的循环变动的数量级介于两类燃烧参数之间.The combustion stabilities and cycle-to-cycle variations of homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) combustion using n-heptane, PRF20, PRF40, PRF50, and PRF60 were investigated. In-cylinder pressures of 100 combustion cycles for each test fuel on a single-cylinder engine were recorded. Consequently, cycle-to-cycle variations of main combustion parameters and performance parameters were analyzed. The results reveal that, the cycle-to-cycle variations deteriorate with the increase of the research octane number(RON). Particular, the coefficient of variation (COV) of each parameter increases substantially when the RON exceeds to 40. For a certain test fuel, the COVs of combustion parameters which are used to indicate the combustion characteristics during the early stage are the smallest, the COVs of combustion parameters which indicate the combustion characteristics during the post stage are the largest, while the COVs of the IMEP and pmax are at the middle level.
