摘 要:指出现有的天棚阻尼半主动悬挂控制策略应用于铁道机车车辆领域中,在有效改善车体平稳性的同时,转向架和轮对的动力学性能变差。针对此现状,本文建立了铁道机车车辆1/4车体、二自由度的横向半主动悬挂模型,基于线性二次型最优控制器原理,综合考虑其性能指标,对车辆悬挂系统的半主动控制策略进行了改进研究,同时对改进后的控制策略的控制效果进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,经过改进后的半主动悬挂控制策略,在提高车辆平稳性的同时,转向架构架和轮对的动力学性能基本上保持不变,从而改善了整车的动力学性能。Applying the existing semi - active suspension control strategy to the locomotive and rolling stock domain, while it improves the vehicle running stability effectively, the dynamics performances of the bogie and wheelsets changes the difference.ln view of this present situation, a 2DOF 1/4 earbody model of lateral semi - active suspension for railway and vehicles was estabhshed in this paper. On the base of the LQR algorithm, the performance target was considered synthetically, and the semi- active suspension control strategy of vehicle suspension system was improved and studied, At the same time, the control effect on the control strategy which was improved was simulated by computer. The simulated result shows that the control strategy which is improved, while it improves the vehicle running stability effectively, holds the line the dynamics performances of the bogie and wheelsets, thus improves the entire vehicle dynamics performances.
